Banff is a tourist mecca, way too many people for my taste, however not many get up early, so the 5klm walk early morning was terrific.

I'm sending the cruise company broke, with the amount of salmon I'm eating.
Seriously 1/2 a plate of salmon, 5 lemon slices and 4 halves of cooked tomatoes for brunch, no breakfast.

The wife say's, don't think this is going to happen when we get home.

I just say, I'm improving my HDL cholesterol.

Hmmm nice surfed Peru in 1987/88 it has very good surf, cold water but.
Lima was frigging dangerous in those days.

Haven’t heard of any attacks from Whites in Peru.
Absolutely terrible the attack today heard it on the radio outside of Dubbo.
