Commsec problems

Weird, logged out and back in and no problem now, and I've only had 1 scotch!

Commsec site not accessible to others this morning?

can't load Announcements or Graphs on Commsec. I suspect it is due to the recent ASX upgrade??

Also this (Not that I'd phone them)

Yes, been getting slow on comsec. Sometimes think announcement hasn't downloaded then check and find it in files.

Announcements now go straight to files, Documents or Downloads on my Mac instead of opening in a new window.

If I am not mustaken chaps, most of the above issues sound browser based.
Often with a major browser update, some settings will go back to default.... ie, check your browser settings and defaults.
Not saying this is the problem, but sounds like it likely is.
Cheers.

I'm sick of seeing this message every day.

Why doesn't Commsec fix the problems that cause people to phone in so frequently or employ more staff to deal with the queries?

Why do I think that CommSec cares about it's customers? D'oh.

Agree @peter2

Not sure if it was Commsec or the ASX but in Iress yesterday morning there was news on REX that belonged to Rex Minerals (RXM) and this morning for a while there was news on LTR that related to LRT.

Both got fixed eventually.

I'm sick of seeing this message every day.
I have found that sort of message is now commonplace everywhere after covid.
Once I ignored the message, rang and got straight through pretty much.
A ploy perhaps?
Test it out.

Commsec have bought themselves an award for next year. They must be good.

I won't ring unless I've a real problem. All the nit pickey errors I see in their displays aren't real problems but indicators of a lack of attention to detail and sloppy programming. Numbers should be an important aspect for banks.

First screenshot, Commsuc.
Old data I'm assuming.
Either way, very wrong.

How ordinary can they be?
Updated App and all.

well the SPI futures according to Commsec has been minus 65 points for the last 3 days , i took that as a hint that there is at least one current glitch

ordinary yes , but not responsible see the new 'beefed up ' disclaimers
