It is edifying to see the young lads waking up a lot now. Claims about gender inequality and pay gap MIGHT make some sense in the big picture, but only cos of some fat cat boomers and Gen Xers skewing the averages. But that doesn't help the younger guys. The young men now are genuinely worse off than young women in many parts of the West - talking about worse high school completion rates, less uni attendance (with some exception in the very hard STEM majors). I assure ya there's no benefit being a (white) male going for any job, especially management. That along with the off charts sexual market value of even vaguely attractive females, till they hit the wall or become a mum, make it very tough for young men.

Calls for quotas for women in politics is the continuation of the downhill run for society.

Women now expect special treatment because they are women.

Talent is what is needed, gender, race, sexuality whatever else shouldn't come into it.
