In a country of construction labour shortages, can a robot bring down building costs?

so what price is FBR today ?

0.4 cents or 0.5 cents

all fine and good in ideal conditions ( relatively flat land ) but you should see where some houses have been built .. and you can bet house blocks will shrink and shrink until you can't swing a cat

I was reading in the West Australian today, the State Government will support shared equity loans, so that low income earners can buy a house with a 2% deposit.
The Governments share will be 35%, that should increase the stock of social housing IMO

35% stake in the property, I would guess they would need to pay it back at some point in time at the current market price.

What happens if they fail to meet the repayments?

Being the Govt they would help themselves to the money somehow in the end.

Available for off the plan builds

Only 1000 loans are avaible.
