Platform for CFDs with Level 2's for ASX, LSE and US markets

I am trying to find a platform that has the listed features for trading cfd's.

• Aus, Eu and Us markets with level 2 data(important not just asx).
• After market/hour trading.
• Good charting software good market depth screen. Real time data

If you know of any professional software or web apps that cater to day traders, trading cfds with real time feed back and level 2 data on Aus markets and Us and Eu markets please let me know.
