New to the world! Help!

As you can see from the title I am new to this bizznits, need to learn as much as. I can, any advice from anyone who has experience would be great, just techniques and opinions on what's there like in the real world out there, for now I am doing a lot of research in regards to this topic and hopefully one day have to balls enough to go out there like any resource where I can learn from like this forum or any other forums or books I can read...anyone's advice would be greAt.
