Then there are cultural/language differences, even if "I" would probably find that easy to pick up quickly (having learned Spanish in childhood and would have a head start), I doubt Mrs would.Interesting question!

Argentina also has an issue with taxation overseas,asset taxation once you are resident with potential for double taxation and citizenship is for life.
