Leukaemia, or blood cancer, is very common and often missed early on There are 34 different types of blood cancers, and treatment can be complex. As always, getting in early helps.

With the weather being somewhat anti-social this afternoon and us suffering a bit with a bug, a kip this arvo is now the order of the day.

I have suffered somewhat of a setback on the road to recovery the week just gone.
Thought I was going quite well and increased the daily work hours.
Unfortunately what the mind thought was good the body didn't.
Minor chest pains and some other irritating things put me out of action and a short stay in hospital to be checked out.
Now I am back to cruising mode for the time being.
