I was an avid book reader. But to tell the truth, there is multiple youtube videos that are fantastic and up to the minute relevant.
Some guys that previously worked at the big firms give a wealth of information. Much of which I've never read from the hundreds of books I own.
It's usually entertaining, informative and most importantly gets to the point in roughly 14min average videos.
