SaaS performance
Kinatico continues to transform to a provider of simplified daily compliance management delivered through Software-as-a-Service from being only a credential checking business. As a result of this transformation, the Company expects to report a profit for FY24 of $0.8m, more than triple the reported FY23 profit of $0.2m. Kinatico’s profit has been driven by its continued success in growing SaaS revenue. Revenue from SaaS customers over the year was $9.7m (up 90% on $5.1m in FY23) and representing 34% of the total revenue (in comparison, SaaS revenue was 18% of FY23 revenue). Kinatico’s total revenue was $28.7m, an increase of 4% on FY23.

Q4 performance
During Q4FY24, Kinatico earned $2.8m in SaaS revenue, an increase of 43% on the prior corresponding period. SaaS revenue for the quarter comprised 38% of Kinatico’s total Q4 revenue of $7.3m.

Cash performance
As at 30 June 2024, Kinatico’s closing cash and cash equivalents, inclusive of long-term deposits, was $10.1m
 
The improved revenue growth continues, up 9% for H1 and continued strong SaaS growth.

Another "Flash" update! A continuing red flag with this business, but I will look past it while the results continue to be positive!

Interesting tidbit here, NBN requiring all contractors to get their police checks thru CV Check, which is Kinatico.

I presume this is a more relaxed affair than the first time I had to obtain a Police Check. Presenting at the local copshop, the sergeant on duty bellowed "I don't know you from a piece of s**t".

Quite. Isn't that the whole point?
 
Tried to read their last annual looking for executive remuneration. The report's in an American format that doesn't tell you what they're getting paid! Their pics look like they're used to lots of money. Not for me, but the chart is looking constructive - double bottom, higher low might be happening, more volume. Totally bombed out with my two investments in gas developers run by American predatory managers: Burleson Energy and Neon Energy.

FY25 total revenue of $32.1m (up 12% on pcp)
FY25 total SaaS revenue $14.9m (up 54% on pcp)

Kinatico is pleased to provide the following unaudited flash results for the fourth quarter of the 2025 financial year.
Q4 performance
Revenue from SaaS customers over the quarter was $4.4m (up 57% on pcp), representing 52% of the total revenue (in comparison, SaaS revenue was 38% of revenue in Q4 of the FY24 financial year).
This equates to an annualised basis of $17.5m in SaaS revenue.
Kinatico’s total revenue for the quarter was $8.5m, an increase of 15% on pcp.

Full year performance
Revenue from SaaS customers over the full year was $14.9m (up 54% on pcp).
Kinatico’s total revenue for the 2025 financial year was a record $32.1m, an increase of 12% on pcp.
 
A decent year for KYP, the breakthrough is finally seeing double digit revenue growth, true FCF still anaemic due to intangible assets but cash grew to over $10m.
