How to convert and sell US shares in Australia?

I own a small number of US shares (purchased from the company I used to work for in the US) and would like to sell them in Australia. The company (AZPN) is traded on NASDAQ. I have the paper share certificate, so I would need to get them converted electronically first. The total value is about $3,500.
Can anyone recommend a brokerage service that can do this? I have called a few brokers but not all of them do US shares, and many only do transactions over $10,000 (E trade, CommSec, etc).

I used ANZ although in New Zealand. Was easy but had to wait a few weeks for the transfer. There will be a wait whoever you use.
