Help in buying stocks overseas

Need a "cheap" broker to buy stocks overseas. How do I go about picking the right one with the cheapest brokerage? Any good companies out there?

Regarding UK Brokers, I currently use SelfTrade. I would highly recommend them based on their fees and customer service.......
