Which means Albo is the only option, as we have being saying for some time, the Teals cleaned out the Libs options.Broadbent and Rennick have had their preselection removed. Libs continue to move to the left to appease people who will never vote for them anyway.
Not fit for purpose.
It's the worst of all worlds.Which means Albo is the only option, as we have being saying for some time, the Teals cleaned out the Libs options.
So now we have the left leaning, elite sponsored media, riding cover for the Govt so it will be quite a while before anything changes.
IMO Labor will be in for another term possibly two, by then there wont be a middle class, which will probably suit the powers that be because then you have fully committed wage slaves who need the O/T to pay their rent.
At least by then we should have plenty of social housing, there has to be something to differentiate those on welfare from those who are working, it will be the style of house they can afford to rent.
The good thing is, we still have a lot of raw materials people want and we can only fit so many people into the country with the available infrastructure. It's the worst of all worlds.
Albo reality should be out on his a55, but the Libs seem to be determined that that doesn't happen
Hopefully he can get some cohesion going in the Libs, because they are a rabble ATM and Government doesn't work well when the opposition is useless.Interesting goings on in the Liberal Party.
If Hastie gets the leadership, I might just vote Liberal again. Just...
'Nameless cowards, muppets': Andrew Hastie unleashes on Liberal colleagues
Senior Liberal Andrew Hastie has taken aim at colleagues who questioned a social media post where he bemoaned the loss of Australian car making, calling them "nameless cowards" and "muppets".www.abc.net.au
Coherent plan comes to mind, even if the Governments plan is $hit it is still coherent, that's what the public want to see, not a ridiculous set of policy statements with no logical thread to them.Unfortunetly, she/they (see what I did there?) do not inspire much confidence. They need to get their policies into an iron clad and fully supported array, same goes for the party members, both Libs and Nats.
They will have plenty of time to sort themselves out, 5 years at least.Coherent plan comes to mind, even if the Governments plan is $hit it is still coherent, that's what the public want to see, not a ridiculous set of policy statements with no logical thread to them.
Which is exactly what the Libs are throwing up.
If I was still a member of the Liberal Party I would want to slash my wrists. There is no universe in which this current iteration deserves to be anywhere near government. They need to stand for "Something" they have a few years to work out whatever the hell they want it to be but until they actual stand up and state this is us, then no one is going to listen to them
Pauline Hansen gets more air time because she actually stands for "something" so she gets a run in the 24/7 news cycle
Abbott gets more press than Ley, Liberals are hopeless atm
Um, however you what to say it, call it a plan or whatever, that is exactly my point with the opposition. They need go get their poop together least they be relegated to the nincompoop corner.Coherent plan comes to mind, even if the Governments plan is $hit it is still coherent, that's what the public want to see, not a ridiculous set of policy statements with no logical thread to them.

The teals will survive as long as the renewable dream survives, if it works out well and there is stable power and stable industry all good. They will have plenty of time to sort themselves out, 5 years at least.
Question is, can they take seats from the TEALS, who while they are irrelevant as far as changing policy goes, at least give the impression of some sort of coherence and stability.
I ran that through google translate and it said you were pissed.Um, however you what to say it, call it a plan or whatever, that is exactly my point with the opposition. They need go get their poop together least they be relegated to the nincompoop corner.

I presume you meant "will not get your vote" ?Hastie is hard core right wing Christian.
He has been a key player in tearing down Liberal leadership.
He is also my and SPs local member.
I have massive respect for his service in the SAS and one of the few who fingered Robert’s Smith murder of civilians.
But he will get my vote.

I think he's got more chance of keeping Labor honest than Susan Ley.Hastie is a sock puppet for Tony Abbott... good luck with that sheet.
