I wouldn't characterizing it as that. I would say that it is an expectancy of consistency in the court system, rather than ministerial discretion for political purposes straight out of left field.

Because these injections are not vaccinations. They do not prevent transmission of the virus at all.

Additionally, no other vaccination status is checked up on.... TB, smallpox, cholera, yellow fever, tetanus, and everything else, most of which are transmissible diseases.

All this achieves is the promulgation of fear and division and that is not healthy in a global society.

Look at the djokovic Saga. It has achieved nothing about the halting have spread of a virus, but promoted domestic and international division for the sake of scoring pathetic political points.
