Control panel thingy

I'm new. Please to meet you.

Does anyone know if there is any youtube videos or books that explain that control panel thingy you have to use with online investors.

I want to fiddle around with a demo one for a while. And I think learning that way around would be easier.

I downloaded a pdf of "trading for dummies"

I'm completely clueless so i'm not sure if this is a good place to start. Why is there never step by step. I'm only trying to use a demo web trader.
