It was a quality win and a great game from Brisbane.
Patrick Dangerfield turned back the clock last week but in this game it went forward with a vengeance. Only 11 touches and his most memorable moment was crinching his own player Jeremy Cameron who also didn't do well. Why they kept playing him with a broken arm I will never know.

One of the great grand finals.

Brisbane best on the day. Young side and drafting well, a three-peat isn't beyond them in 2026.

Also I watched the rugby game between Brisbane and Panthers but honestly pretty dull compared to football.

I guess it depends on what you grew up with. I found that rugby league game very exciting.

I also enjoy watching a good AFL game. The scrappy ones, like those in the wet, lose my interest.

I thought the AFL grand final was brilliant for the first two quarters, but I lost a bit of interest when the Lions started to run away with it.

I probably miss the subtle aspects of the game. To me it looks very repetitive.
