no, no..but actually did a very similar graph matching, extraordinary accurate actually and the end results..from vague memory pre GFC.

While im not convinced on the numbers its interesting to get the conversation started.

Problem is I think the population would need a massive reduction. Either WW or an actual pandemic

all well and good , but you can't fire them , and i bet you can't stop paying the hire if there is a production line foul-up
and can they be retrained/redeployed easily , my second job i had to swap from order-picking to loading shipping containers ( on the truck in the car-park ) , and back again , or maybe onto another task say transporting pallets to the loading docks , maybe four times in the same 8 hour shift .

it will be interesting to see how robots handle highly polluted ( mainly dirt/dust/grit ) workplaces uneven and wet/muddy surfaces , etc etc

but i am retired and i can watch somebody/something work for hours

oh by the way all those replaced workers are also CONSUMERS , most folk don't spend much when subsisting on benefits ( so where are all the customers coming from ? )
