It says it is not franked. It is ordinary fully paid. I believe I have added my tfn when I created my bank account.Is it fully franked?

I didn’t receive an email from AGL yet..But does the AGL share registry have your TFN? If not they may have withheld some tax, check your dividend statement, it should have been emailed to you today.
If you haven't received the dividend notification by email, that is a sign that maybe you didn't fill out the tax form either, because that is where you normally give them your email address.
