SVM - Sovereign Metals

SVM announce that someone took a crap in the woods. His nickname is bear.

Heading towards one of my favourite delayed long term signals, the golden cross, predicted to hit by the end of the month.

News out from the new RIO CEO that he wants to focus the portfolio more and a few of the minor minerals projects may be on the block, including titanium. Not very good news for SVM when the DFS is due out later this year and RIO have to make a decision on whether to keep involved with the project or not. Too much uncertainty for this little black duck.

Lowest close today for the month Below 70c for the first time Back into short term buying territory
It has the graphite resource but there are two headwinds imo.
They say they provide an alternative to China, but will they be supported in the end?
And its still a long way away from supply and the market has no patience.

I think they're counting pretty heavily on RIO to get this off the ground, even though it's a massive, long-life, two pronged resource. Maybe if RIO pull out someone else will jump on board. Not sure which other major does titanium and graphite. I had too much riding on this so am back watching on the sidelines with interest.
