Dont get the love? Massive regulatory risk with the UK. There is an ongoing enquiry into the predatory practices of slime bags like SPZ and a range of recommendations, up to one that would basically wipe out their UK operations. They basically cant operate in most states in Australia because their practices are banned. A hard pass for me.

In Australia, the Queensland government continued its temporary pause on private parking operators’ access to theQueensland Motor Vehicle Register. On 10th August 2023, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads releaseda consultation document seeking comments and submissions on options to reform the release of personal information forenforcement of private car park conditions. At the date of the pause in operations, 71 ANPR sites were installed inQueensland. Some sites are now manually operated, pending the outcome of the government decision.Since the consultation there was a change in December 2023 with a new Premier and Transport Minister being appointed whoare positively disposed towards the need for an effective parking industry due to the impact parking abuse has on Queenslandbusinesses. Smart Parking continues to engage in positive dialogue with the Queensland Government and Department ofTransport and Main Roads (TMR). TMR is currently completing a review, working with stakeholders (including Smart Parking)and international parking experts to develop a Code of Practice for parking on private land.

They are doing similar in the UK and at the very least shouldbe able top consolidate of be taken over some time in the future.

As stated added above, added to my holding.
This is a scaleable business in a very good space in a few countries. It will keep expanding and one day will likely be subjected to a takeover bid.
Still a strong buy and I expect this to be shown in the price once markets stabilise.
Can't wait for the annual meeting.
