Simple pleasures

A 10 km run then a microwaved 4 n 20 meat pie and a can of coke. (sorry, couldn't resist)

Uber crusty fresh bread, cold butter sandwiching: 1)tomato sauce or 2) vegemite or 3) Berlina and a near freezing Coke.

Being cuddled unexpectantly by someone you love and the warmth and depth of emotion that simple gesture brings.

4n20 pies.. dam do they still sell them?

I used to eat a lot of 4n20s in my uni days, I developed somewhat of a routine:

* Remove 2 x 4n20 pies from the freezer

* Switch oven on to 180 degrees, meanwhile microwave the pies on high for 2 minutes

* Place pies in the oven

* Once they look ready, add a slice of cheese on top of each pie, bake for a further 2 minutes

* Place the pies on a large plate, cut with a knife and fork into many many small pieces....until you have a meat/pastry/cheese mess

* Apply tomato sauce evenly across the top of the mess

Add an ice-cold can of coke, and enjoy!

ps. implementing the above on a regular basis will guarantee weight gain.

lol

His/her other post is equally beguilling.

Mclovin, a 100km bike ride? That sounds like a solid 4 hours of riding (maybe 3 hours if you ride fast and exhaust yourself). Is that how much you usually ride? I usually go for a 25 km bike ride when I go (often followed by a walk to the beach and a swim,).

It takes me to the shops to buy smokes ...
