P 11 Sept Qtrly 2024 it's open to interpretation so I'll not make assumptions on your behalf.

They don't have the HPA yet which they need to get the licenses granted. "you can't push these things faster than they'll go" said Bennett at PDAC.

Well I’ll be buggered!

Never assume anything. Given Bennett’s comments on Jillewarra at PDAC I assumed there’d be an announcement. Why did I assume that when new info was buried in the Sept 24 quarterly about Jillewarra? Please don’t tell me there was an ann about the extension :(

I apologise for misleading you Miner.

MB at PDAC re; Jillewarra "it’s untapped and it’s frustrating the hell out of us because if we had access we’d have multiple rigs there right now"

I've just whacked on my 'CR Coming' placard around my neck because the interviewer was going through the cash spend during his char with MB for the various projects and I'm pretty sure multiple rigs weren't catered for. A better timed CR this time is what's required.
 
I cannot understand why the finalization of the HPA wasn't a price sensitive announcement given its significance, hell it didn't even warrant an ordinary ann according to S2R.
