Resolution Capital Global Property Securities Fund ETF (ASX: RCAP) will list on Tuesday. The $2.3 billion Trust is set to list as an exchange traded investment option on the ASX and offer investors exposure to the best global property trusts on an actively managed basis.
The trust holds around 45 global real estate investment trusts (REITs) and has returned 23.6 per cent over the past 12 months, or 9.8 per cent per year since inception in 2008.
A spokesman said the fund holds superior REITs, with strong balance sheets, capable management, and potential to sustainably grow income streams. Distributions are paid quarterly and the annual management fee is 0.8 per cent.
