Newbie looking to invest

Hi Guys,
Newbie here to the forums so I would like to say hi to all .
I am looking into doing some online day trading but not sure where to start?
I have looked at sites like trade rush .com and been sure about it.
What the best way to start out and learn how to trade safe and make real money on a weekly bases?
Any help would be great .
