Hi all,

If two companies sign a memorandum of understanding, do they have to publish that document on SEDAR or SEC or which ever regulator it may be in any country?

I want to read the MOU signed between two companies, where would I be able to read this?

Thanks in advance

I would expect that you will need to communicate with either one company or the other.
I would further expect that the MOU may contain sensitive information and they may refuse.

It isn't compulsory for a company to make public the MOU?

In Australia they must notify the ASX if it is price sensitive and binding and final. If the MOU is a preliminary document to further discussions still underway, then sorry, we all have to wait.

There are MOU for many different things. Merger, JV, marketing, research collaboration, licence deals etc etc. Not all of them will be released to market in full detail due to commercial sensitivity.
