More to add on speculative stock from ASX and ramping of next investors
Why did RAG Ragnar Metals, the largest shareholder, after 6 months of holding, sell 3%? Mission accomplished with a short-term gain over 6 months? How much did Wise Owl and Next Investors get for the ramp-up?
30000 ounces is nothing for a gold plant to be profitable.

Miner, just to clarify your comment about a sell down from Ragner, they were diluted from tranche 1 in the current raise for the Henty acquisition. Shareholding remains the same. Will be diluted again after tranche 2 is completed after up coming agm.
I think the acquisition was well timed and necessary after reading the latest quarterly. Share price would have been smashed otherwise. Good benefit to CYL getting ownership 50% of the mill and 20% of KAU. They’re setting up for the Victorian asset as it matures. I for one would not exclude the thought that at some stage in the future CYL acquirers KAU in a script bid if plutonic builds a war chest they’re planning for. Just a thought and not a certainty

Nice to hear Henty’s produced 1200ozs in the first 10 days since being acquired. If they keep that up it should see a rerate in the sp with plenty of spare cash to accelerate their other assets

What a strange week of trading this week on KAU or was it
Tuesday there was a bot buying every 3-4 seconds or roughly 100 trades a minute 3- 20 shares at a time. Over 5500 trades for the day. Okay see that often everywhere these days. Wednesday no bot but larger buyers came in. Thursday the price was pushed up over 20c to 21.5 on bigger volume, but no supply was coming onto the board. At one stage only a few hundred thousand to buy up to 30c and nothing else. Friday conveniently, they announced that a strategic review on the A1 mine and bingo, price drops to 17c on massive supply all day closing at 19.5c with 25m shares trade. Buyer for every seller. Orchestrated, nah not on the ASX. Someone got their fill that’s for sure. Nothing to see here move along

Well a new week after the last weeks entertaining trading, I’ve had to make more popcorn for today as the news most have been waiting for was released. Surprise, surprise drilling has commenced at Maldon.
No surprise to me to see the sell side thin again as the price rises.
