I think I need some advice

Hello !

I am new to all this and might sound stupid but... I'm not comfortable to go alone in all this, so I was thinking of getting an advisor. Should I take one in my country or directly in Australia ? And is there a list of registered advisor in India ? (There is a list validated by the gov in Bahamas : http://www.scb.gov.bs/documents/Firms as at 30 September 2018.pdf)

Welcome Arojas. First thing:There are NO stupid questions.
Well done for making an attempt at getting an informed approach. I cannot advise and I don't think anyone else can on this forum, may need to check the rules. I don't use an advisor. I am wondering if you are meaning a stock broker that gives advice or a generic financial advisor.
They will ask lots of questions of what you are trying to achieve over what time frame. Give that some considerable thought, before you approach an advisor, and do your due diligence about them also.
