GQG - GQG Partners Inc

Old mate Rajiv timed that well .
At around $ 2 last week , he's made 10 % already .
He won't be back for more , I'd say . Hardly a million shares traded per day , lately . S.P. at $2.20
Smart dude, Rajiv . If only I was half as smart , I could do that ,too .
Maybe GQG really is an easy stock to make a buck , after all !

He doesn't give false signals, in my experience so far. When you see a ribbon of on market buys for him it's a heads up.

Watching that 5 day chart , you can clearly see some sharp operators are making good money out of GQG .
Today with the S.P. banging up against the previous $ 2.24 high , they're taking quick profits and good for them . If I had my wits about me , I could do that , too ! Just proves that you don't need to venture down into the straight-up gambling end of the market to make a buck . Easy as .....

S.P. up 5 % to $ 2.28 . On nearly 4 mill volume , so far today .
F.U.M. up a couple of $ Billon for the latest 1/4 .
None of it gone into the U.S. market though .
Holey Moley , Interim div of about $ A 0.06 , that's nearly twice last year's . Could be the exchange rate . Can't be bothered to check .

Fairly big volume today : nearly 8 million . In the10 minutes after the 4 pm close , 400,00 shares crossed with ASX at $ 2.26 .
In the 2 minutes before the 4 pm close , CXA ( formerly CHI- X ) sold nearly 2 million GQG at $ 2.25 , bringing the share price down a touch from $ 2.28 .
Looks to be in a bit of an uptrend , for now .

Uptrend continues : S.P. up 5 % to $ 2.38 after the big volume day of nearly 8 million on Friday . That next 1/4 ly dividend is indeed double last year's . Usd / Aud was pretty much the same .
Holey Moley , Interim div of about $ A 0.06 , that's nearly twice last year's . Could be the exchange rate . Can't be bothered to check .

S.P. down a touch today on hefty volume , about 10 mill so far , to $ 2.13
Getting set for another go at it , if GQG dips below the two buck marker , again .
Annual General Meeting result out today . I 'm very impressed with this lot . Just glad I'm not too much of a control freak .... i.e. prepared to allow better brains than me , handle a big chunk of my dough . I got that mentality by trusting others with the bulk of my super for decades . Because it's all in growth assets , there's been exceptional volatility at times , like last month , but it's then rapidly recovered every , single time . Could I have gone to cash and then timed it exactly right to get back into the market at just the right time ? Noooooo ! Not a chance .

I no longer hold GQG, but if you do, this may be of interest.

I assume it applies to all holders ... i was in MUFG and noticed this. Best to have it updsted before 30 June, or there will be more tax han necessary withheld

Old mate Rajiv timed that well .

Here he goes again . He's been buying CDI 's at $ A 1.74 to $ A 1.76 . A lot of them , too . The dude's just loaded .

My silly bids at $ 1.70 just sit there.

One of these days I'll give up being mean and miserable and act like a pro....just like Raji !

Lucky Wednesday , I guess . Got 10 grand worth , bang on the open at $ 1.70 . Noticed 2 other cheapskates for 10 big ones at the same S.P . Very little volume today ( only 4 mill so far ) so that may have helped . Was watching the heavy volumes on Monday and Tuesday ( well over 10 million ) and figured I'd probably lucked out again . Not seen volume like that since the 25 million done almost a month ago , on 28 August . Another thing of note : the share prices were out to 3 and 4 decimal places , so that would be the Yanks , I guess . In the 10 minutes after hours trade it was back to normal and all were ASX trades . Insto's here must be watching the big money during the day , too . S.P. hit a 52 week low today . It's still only at $ 1.72 right now , so thinking of having another go .......by the time I stop dithering here , I'll probably get blown back into the weeds again .
One has to be decisive at this game , eh ? Mr Market just don't wait for people who can't get their act together .

Chance that this could break?
Treading water in a downtrend is not looking hot and today announces that, while FUM for the month is up slightly, net flows are down 1.8% for the month.
Deep in oversold though, maybe market has priced it in. But I'll pick down.

Buy candidate if it gets really low

1.8 % ......so that's $ 3 Billion . Where would it go to , I wonder ? U S bonds probably . Nothing else left for hot money, is there ?
It's too late for gold. Missed Bitcoin by a mile !

These Florida Fundies don't seem to have a lot of faith in their own country's market , just $ 17.8 Billion in there , as at end of last month .
Jeebus that's got me worried now about my US ETF's .....Nothing's easy in this game .

Here he goes again . He's been buying CDI 's at $ A 1.74 to $ A 1.76 . A lot of them , too . The dude's just loaded
What's another 900,000 CDI's , Rajiv ?

One and a half Million Bucks ?

Maaate !

Go for a Florida condo , next time . Spread them eggs , a bit .

Back on topic : S.P. still about $ 1.70 , Volume : 6 mill .......me ? still dithering .

S.P. still at that $ 1.69 - $ 1.71 level . Volume just 5 mill .

The bottom's in on this thing . It's obvious on the chart for the last week's trading .

55 fools have bids in at $ 1.65

This fool has a good excuse . He just does not care .

I wonder about the others though . They can't be serious ?

Motley Fool reports our guy Rajiv has spent over $ 5 Million in the past 3 weeks ( since the company's AGM ) , acquiring his own company's shares .

Here's his latest splurge from last week : another 3/4 million CDI's.

S.P. closed at $1.68 today on a fairly large 15 million shares traded .

S.P. closed at 4 pm at about $ 1.70 , then the fun began for another 1/2 hour with the big boys , pushing it down to $ 1.67 on massive volume ......84 million for the day ! Not seen anything like that volume since the first 1/4 of 2024 .

Rajie should have waited . My $ 1.65 bid 's not looking so silly now ...... (" Come Monday " ) . Another bidder further back in my queue has got a big order for 100,000 GQG . He might get lucky , too .

S. P . came down to $ 1.645 this morning so all bidders in my queue got what they wanted in quick time. My big- bucks buddy got his $ 165 grand worth in one hit , too . Like me , he'll be happy with that result.
Not a huge volume so far , today : just over 4 mill. S.P. up a bit , now at $ 1.655 .
Not done with this beast yet . Have to work out where to go in for another bite. ( Not real hungry though , could try something more speccie )

Got lucky today . There was no skill involved , that's for sure .
GQG on the close , stands at just over $1.70 . My embarrassing $1.60 bid for another 10 big ones might have be removed soon. At least I'm not alone .....60 other idiots at that price don't know what they're doing either .
Volume for the day : 13 million shares . 2 million of that done after the close by pro's who probably do know what they're doing .
I'll stick my neck out for a moment and say , I think we're very close to the bottom , here . Rajiv might agree .

Here's his latest splurge from last week : another 3/4 million CDI's.
Would you put all your eggs in one basket , Rajiv ?

" The hell I would ! "

" Friday ...Monday .. Tuesday , any day of the week , really . Just watch . "
