Commsec Contract Note email problems

Just wondering if anyone else has been having Commsec trade email issues, ie, not receiving contract notes via email.

I have been having issues for nearly a month now and they were blaming my internet provider but when I queried with the provider they replied that the emails have never hit their server.

The Commsec suggestion then was to use another email address which I did and I added a Gmail address to eliminate Internode from the equation but still no emails.

(I am aware that I can get them off the site but they have a "COPY" watermark which the SMSF accountants don't like).

I get my commsec transaction notes via a gmail account and haven't had a issue. Got one today. That seems very unreasonable that smsf fund accountants won't accept copies, people have house fires, personal issues and stuff, not to mention vagaries of email.

I'm having no problems with Commsec contract notes being sent to bigpond.net.au. I get email notifications in seconds after I place any orders and when they're executed in the market.
