This is an unsolicited bouquet for Paritech after an extremely positive experience with them today.
I get my ASX data from Paritech and had inadvertently deleted several stock codes which they use for their advance/decline data. The best I could manage was to restore from my history CD and update from now onwards, leaving a 6 month gap in these histories.
I made a single phone call to John at Paritech, and within 15 minutes I had a new X folder with complete histories for all the missing data emailed to me.
Outstanding, Paritech!
