@Telamelo so a wait until Thursday. Initially a cynical reaction from me, but while it won't be done for the benefit of retail shareholders, the outcome for us might be ok. Better to raise after a positive price move, however manufactured, than risk the gold market running out of steam for a while.

Just as a scenario, maybe they generate 50m new shares to bring in around $20m?
The current number of shares quoted is about 217m + 7.5m options about to exercise @ 0.20 (bringing in $1.5m) There's a balance of approx 8m opts that are well out of the money plus 5m perf shares.
So we have effectively 225m fpo shares quoted plus there are the 5m perf shares
Add in the hypothetical 50m shares placed = 275m fpo shares for a company that might then have enough cash to start mining the pittable resource at Coyote and get the mill going. Or am I being too optimistic? Maybe they'll just raise enough to get a jorc reserve defined.
If the market likes the deal the price dip might be short lived as I noticed was the case recently with Arizona Cu/Au explorer EM2.

Hi @finicky yeah you've highlighted/made some good points 👍 as feel cap. raise maybe something like 50M shares issued b/w 0.38c-0.40c range (hope not any cheaper than that)... I'd rather they raise enough $$ to fund/drill the sh*t out of Coyote & Paulsens as much as possible... get a toll treatment deal happening etc. asap so let's wait & see what Thursday morning brings (finger's crossed).

Rumour going around is that BC8 only raising $15M @ 0.40c according to stockbroker Shaw & Partners.

In addition, NST supposed to be paying $5M to BC8 by 30/06/2023 as well (icing on the cake).

Happy shareholder here :) I'll drink to that! 👍😎

Better than I expected - 40c good
They'll get $1.5 m from exercise of 7.5m director options @ 0.20 towards end of this month if I'm correct.
NST to pay $5m too? Don't know what that's about ..

Exciting/happy times for Black Cat & Shareholder's so bring on the Paulsen's upgrade soon! (expected within next 2-3 week's at most).

Gold price @ US$1,919=AUD$2,729

https://goldbroker.com/charts/gold-price/aud

Pre-market 102K bid @ 0.50c bodes well for tomorrow
(heard that cap. raising @ 0.40c is only for sophisticated investors).

I'm holding BC8

Heavy weather resistance with the thick Kumo above on the weekly, but on the daily the signs are a little more positive.

BC8 ongoing accumulation happening around 0.41c .. this looks to me like it's building to pop higher soon imo coinciding with excellent 'short term catalyst's' at play here

Don't like that price is below the recent placement price (0.40). That yellow reversal box (or buy zone) better provide support.
I'm holding a spec position but not for much longer if the price falls further.

Yeah hope so @peter2 - that yellow reversal box (buy zone) provides support as you mentioned.

I went 'all in' @ 0.30c quite a while ago.. & do have a 'top up order' @ 0.35c (in case it dip's that low). Good luck 🤞
