Gents (as this is typically a man issue),
if you feel a bit down, do not hesitate to talk; Several posters have been hit by depression and know how hard it can be;
If you have no one else, don't hesitate to PM me, even if you are a pro refugee Fabian, or a radical MT hater, a global warming denier. I hope we all have someone we can trust to talk when things are not good, but if not, do not hesitate, and as for financial services, a disclaimer: i am not a pro so do not expect a psy lesson.

Just thought it could be worthwhile

Very caring of you Froggy, thank you.

I think we all get down sometimes, but it's important not to let the pressure increase, there needs to be a safety valve.

Is it a "man issue" ? You may be right. Women seem to talk more to each other about such things, a lesson men could learn. Talking is not a show of weakness although it is often construed that way in society.

75% of suicides by males, females do talk to their friends, men do not, even with dear friends when sh#t hits them.
It is hard to be on the receiving end as well, I tried to help a good friend with depression this year and I was feeling so helpless, yet I have been told it made a big difference
So yes do not hesitate to ask/talk, even if it does not seem much
This is a campaign I support!

Nice one Frog. So much more acceptance of mental health issues now which is a very good thing.

There was a poster here whose avatar begins with P who a while ago said he was feeling stressed out and depressed. I hope he's ok. I also hope he lets us know how he's going.

From my observations, women don't interact well with women, they are very competitive.
So, IMO, they go home and slap the $hit out of the other half, who actually only wants to do the right thing.:D

The world is going pear shaped, over the issue of trying to do the right thing by women, when women aren't sure what they want.
If I said to my wife, I would give up my job to look after the kids, so you could go to work, what would she say?
I know what my wife would say, I asked her, I'm still had to go to work.
