Question on Floating Rate Notes

This is for a University assignment, I am looking to (hypothetically) invest in three different floating rate notes, but if the closing date of issue has passed is it no longer possible to invest in those notes? (date was 30th March) It was the AGL issue I was particuarly interested in.

You can still buy them...

Here's a list of all ASX listed FRNs.

There are of course many more non-listed FRNs but for the sake of a uni assignment stick to what's easiest.
