HCH - Hot Chili

No one is following this are they?

A bloke by the name of Ben Pauley has sent three emails to shareholders with the most outlandish of claims including insider trading, a reason why Nicole Adshead-Bell and Stephen Quin left and a price for a takeover which is apparently happening.

It's extraordinary and management haven't responded, nor has the ASX.

You'd be better off playing cards down some of the Lygon Street cafes than losing your money on stocks, at least you get a good coffee.

NAB leaving was a bit of a shock. She has links to Sprott through her husband so was pretty much planted there by Rick Rule. Two of them going with immediate effect with zero explanation meant a major conflict of interest, or they had seen the water PFS and realised it was a joke. I wouldn't trust management with a pizza box. That's not to say someone won't eventually buy this when copper starts running out.

It's a good time to get set for copper but most of the ones I've looked at need huge capex compared to their market cap, and it's only going to increase. The massive uplift forecast in copper prices in 2025 never eventuated, surprise, surprise, but the fundamentals haven't changed, they've eased a little or quite a bit for various reasons from the over enthusiastic forecasts.

It's painfully obvious Easterday's had his training wheels on but his arrogance to believe he belongs at the big boys table has seen 'nudge, nudge, wink, wink' become part of his marketing. A trait the 'big boys' don't entertain. Anyone lining up to do business with him must be smacking their lips in anticipation, stroke his massive ego and you'll get anything.

Having said that, copper is showing strength and the macro is favourable and looks solid for quite some time to come.
