• In total, all MRE Zone dimensions are 21.3km in strike by avg 1.5km in width with mineralisation extending from surface down to 8 vertical metres.
• Strong foundation for further resource growth through planned:
Area 1: Untested extensional drilling north of Zone 200 along 13.3km strike by 6.3km in width incorporating drilling over Area 9 Wannamal Bauxite Prospect.
Area 2: Untested extensional drilling east of Zone 200 along 10.4km strike by 5.4km in width incorporating drilling over Zone 600.
Area 3: Infilling drilling between Zones 100 and 400 over 6.5km strike.
Area 4: Untested extensional drilling between Zone 400 down to Area 4 – Julimar Prospect approximately 22km strike by 3.85km in width which remains untested for bauxite mineralisation.
• Significant potential to host an economic bauxite resource of sufficient size and quality to support a small to medium scale direct shipping ore operation supplying bauxite for seaborne export to established alumina refineries in China and the Middle East.

New Norcia Gallium-Bauxite Project (WA)

WYX SECURES FURTHER HIGHLY PROSPECTIVE BAUXITE PROJECT (CARDEA 1 & 2)

HIGHLIGHTS
• On 3 April 2025, the Western Australia Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety granted Exploration Licences E70/6702 and E70/6703 over the Cardea 1 and 2 Bauxite Projects.
• The projects are located in the Darling Range Bauxite Mineral Field, approximately 16.5km southeast of the Julimar West Bauxite 168Mt Resource Project, north of Perth.
• 316 vacuum drillholes have been completed over Cardea 2, with 117 holes analysed for available alumina (Av. Al2O3) and reactive silica (Re SiO2).
• Results show high-grade bauxite with >35% Av Al2O3 and an average of 4% Re SiO2.

WYX PURCHASE THE CARDEA 3 BAUXITE PROJECT WITHIN DARLING RANGE BAUXITE FIELD

Highlights
• The Company has expanded its mineralised footprint within the Darling Range Bauxite Mineral Field with the purchase of the Cardea 3 Bauxite Project (E70/6727), located approximately 17.5km east from the Company’s 168Mt Julimar West Bauxite Project, north of Perth in Western Australia.
• Consideration for the purchase comprise a cash deposit of $5,000 upon execution of the term sheet, and a further cash payment of $20,000 and an issue of $25,000 of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price equal to the 20-day VWAP prior to the date of the agreement once the exploration licence application is granted.
• A total of 422 vacuum drillholes have been completed at the Cardea 3 prospect, with 139 of these analysed for available alumina and reactive silica.
• Results from Cardea 3 indicate high-grade bauxite, with Available Al₂O₃ exceeding 34.5% and an average Reactive SiO₂ content of 3.14%. Available alumina refers to the portion of Al₂O₃ that can be extracted under Bayer process conditions, while reactive silica measures the silica that consumes caustic soda during refining, impacting processing efficiency.

Additional 20Mt BAUXITE RESOURCE ESTIMATION to the flagship 168Mt Julimar West Bauxite Project
• The recently acquired Cardea 2 Bauxite Deposit Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE 2012 JORC) stands at:
2.15Mt at 35.7% Available Al₂O₃ and 2.8% Reactive SiO₂ as part of a larger 20Mt at 32.1% Total Al₂O₃ & 26.3% Total SiO₂ (cut-off: ≥25% Al₂O₃)
• This includes 2.15Mt at 35.7% Available Al₂O₃ and 2.8% Reactive SiO₂ (cut-off: ≥25% Available Al₂O₃) represents the high-grade portion of the 20Mt Global Resource, based on 139 drillholes out of a total of 316 completed to date.

High-Grade Discovery of Gallium Mineralisation over Ida Holmes Junction Project in Western Australia
• High-grade gallium mineralisation has been confirmed by Western Yilgarn’s maiden helicopter-borne rock chip reconnaissance program over the Ida Holmes Junction Project, located approximately 50 kilometres southwest of Gold Fields’ Agnew Gold Mine in Western Australia
• Newly identified zones of high-grade gallium mineralisation have been delineated within Exploration Licences E36/1020 and E36/1080, which are located ~21 kilometres apart
• Mineralised system remains open in all directions, indicating strong potential for further extensions and discovery
• Rock chip sampling program returned very high-grade gallium grades up to 195.5 g/t Ga, 262.79 g/t Ga2O3, including highlights across samples of:
• 195.5 Ga2O3 in sample 30032
• 146.0 g/t Ga, 196.25 g/t Ga2O3 in sample 30030
• 135.5 g/t Ga, 182.14 g/t Ga2O3 in sample 30026
• 117.5 g/t Ga, 157.94 g/t Ga2O3 in sample 30031
• 97.9 g/t Ga, 131.60 g/t Ga2O3 in sample 30025
• Planning is currently underway for follow-up exploration to extend and delineate the newly identified mineralised zones along strike
• Gallium is a critical metal used in semiconductors, LEDs and solar tech – global demand is acceleratingand supply is tightly constrained
• Further work is currently being planned to undertake more extensive soil and rock chip sampling programs aimed at delineating the lateral extent of surface gallium mineralisation.
