This is very odd, the Managing Director behind Wotso from the inception Stuart Brown leaves Wotso after being at Blackwall / Pelorus for over 20 years...Just 8 weeks out from an IPO ???

What was behind the decision not to proceed with the $20M investment from a strategic investor and what were the regulatory considerations behind the transaction not proceeding.

Are all of the above events interlinked ??? If I was an investor in Blackwall / Wotso I would want to know what’s going on... Both are public entities and have disclosure requirements which seem very vague in these announcements...
