Growing up in the outback of W.A, I was weaned on ABC it was brilliant, now it's a sad reflection of our society, go figure.

I tend to think the left leaning people generally are people who like to help and get involved in other peoples lives, like to feel wanted.
So a sector of the media has played to that by making everything a social agenda and everyone who speaks against it are devil worshipers, very much like how religion and cults work.
It allows people to be lazy in their thinking, they forward the responsibility of fact checking to their media preferences, who they blindly believe without question because they believe they are always fighting the 'good fight'.
Whether they are or not, doesn't come into it.
It wasn't long ago, they loved Allan Joyce and hated Donald Trump, then they hated both of them, such a fickle group choking on self righteousness while being so moody.
Next time you are in hospital tell the doctors and nursing staff that or perhaps social workers dealing with meth heads etc.
Explain it to all the volunteers that prop up our communities or perhaps you could forgo all the benefits previous left leaning governments have heaped on you that I am sure you refused on principle.
I could go on and on about left leaning people / social conscience actually doing selfless good within our communities who have no time to sit around making snide remarks.

In on number 0, so is Mrs and many of our friends.Stopped when my doctor said I likely didn't need one got to 4 or 5 I think never had COVID.
Know people with comorbidities still getting them just got to weigh the risks for each individual and listen to your doctor mine has saved my life a couple of times.
