The Great Canadian Treasure Hunt has begun. Treasure Hunt website

Somewhere in Canada there's a buried treasure of 217 Canadian gold maple coins worth >$1M. Additionally there's another 12 prizes (6 coins ~ $30K) to find while the clues to the main prize are revealed.

Fantastic idea for Canadians to promote their country while the gold rush is on.

Love to have one in Australia.
 
Well there is always Mt Augustus here in WA a much bigger piece of granite without any restrictions, I believe.

There were one or two deaths from heat exhaustion a few years ago I know they close many of the gorges on the Gibb end of September due to the same issue.

It's completely different to climb than Uluru and takes a lot longer, gravel track most of the way and climb over a few boulders near the top.
At the top there is a lot of difference.
