In a world of Snake oil salesmen no more flourish as well than in the Technical Analysis world of voodoo.

Being a practicing technical trader for 23 yrs I understand your Dilemma.
You want hands on education.

The question then becomes---what do you need to know in the world of T/A.(Or any analysis of ANYTHING).
The question that will soon follow is How do I APPLY it?
And after that How do I know that it will be profitable.

Then you have to DO IT.

The best advice I can give is

(1) Whatever you learn make sure it is quantifiable and can be rigorously tested. This eliminates Gann,Elliot Gartly and probably Point and Figure/Staedlmayer. All have a place.
(2) Become an expert in analysing ANALYSIS
(3) Keep it simple.
(4) Don't be under capitalized.
(5) Be consistent.

So directly to your question.
Initially it may pay to become involved with someone like this.

Nothing wrong with any approach mentioned above or other technical approaches.

It really boils down to what suits you and your personality.

A good start however is spending at least an hour of screen time every day just looking at raw prices to get a feel for how prices move. If you are diligent and make notes about what you see, you will learn more than any TA course!!!

I have studied TA since January/2016 when I was in Brazil and this month I started to trade, but I would like to study more and if as possible make trading during the class too.

specify which instruments youre thinking about (thinking for example that a guitar is a guitar except when it's flamenco or an electric or a steel strung, same six strings, not always same tuning, different subtle nuanced techniques)

I wanna to study more: Price action, tape reading, candles sticks, Bollinger bands, Moving Average SIMPLE and EXPONENTIAL and MACD.

Why waste time and money on a classroom course? Plenty of good material for free on the www.
Bollinger: http://www.bollingeronbollingerbands.com/methods/?method=1
(I don't fancy it particularly because with the standard periods, it will take a long time to show anything, which I find rather useless when Markets are going sideways, yet have high volatility.)
Candlesticks: http://thepatternsite.com/CandlePerformers.html
Bulkowski has even provided some statistical guidance as to what works and what doesn't.
Chart patterns: http://www.leavittbrothers.com/education/chart_patterns/
Leavitt Bros cover lots more: http://www.leavittbrothers.com/education/technical_analysis/

and an analogy for MACD by yours truly: http://rettmer.com.au/TrinityHome/Trinity/MACD slides.pps

I teach a technical analysis course here in Canada mostly focusing on the North American markets. That said, the concepts can be applied for any instrument and any market. If you are interested let me know. The course will teach you when to enter a trade, when to exit with profits and stop losses using simple technical analysis.

How much does the course cost?

Sorry I am not allowed to post anything about the course. Apologize for this. If there is anything you need help with feel free to reach out to me in terms of chart analysis, or how to enter a trade and plan the risk and so on.

I tend to do the same with a course, ie, find out what the course costs before I enter it and what are the risks ?
