I've been posting this elsewhere but thought I'd post it here as well, in case anyone is interested. This is very high level, just at a glance. I haven't done in depth research on most of these stocks.

Just doing my weekly run through of the announcements which caught my eye this week. As always, there are no buy or sell recommendations, just some stocks which you may or may not want to research or add to watch lists.

The occasional quarterly is coming through but most won't be for at least another week. However, we are also getting more trading updates / earnings upgrades or downgrades.

SM1 - Synlait Milk - manufactures and sells dairy and plant-based products including milk, cream, cheese, butter. Announced results on Monday. The metrics looked good at a glance. MC $452.40M. SOI 603.20M. SP 75c. Had a nice share price increase in February but has largely gone nowhere since late March. Currently on a ST uptrend.

BHM - Broken Hill Mines - Silver, lead & zinc miner - announced on Monday that they are on track to deliver ore by November 2025. Also released decent drill results. It looks like this used to be CBH. I don't think they are currently mining but will be shortly. MC $104.34M. SOI 114.66M. SP 91c. Chart has been on a nice uptrend since this was listed (or re-listed) in July this year.

ILA - Island Pharma - anti-viral biotech - announced on Monday that they have submitted their Type C briefing document to the FDA. They should have a response by 12 November. MC $110.39M. SOI 253.78M. SP 43.5c. Chart currently in a consolidation pattern after a good rise in Aug/Sept.

NYR - Nyrada - neuro-protection and cardio protection biotech - announced that they had met their primary endpoint in their Phase 1 trial. They are on track to commence the Phase 2A trial in the first quarter of CY26. MC $77.61M. SOI 238.81M. SP 32.5c. Chart is looking good this year. It was on a long term downtrend prior to consolidating but has been on an uptrend again since May.

EFE - Eastern Resources - gold explorer - announced on Monday that they were acquiring the Marengo gold project in Qld. Good market reaction to the acquisition. MC $5.8M. SOI 126.09M. SP 4.6c. Chart looks like they did a consolidation at the end of last year. It has largely been trading sideways in a range until this announcement. It was up 20% on the announcement and looks like consolidating at this new level.

AUE - Aurum Resources - gold explorer. I normally don't cover drill results but 1m @ 152.35g/t is worth a mention. Very narrow but an exceptional grade. MC $256.62M. SOI 342.16M. SP 75c. Chart has been in a nice uptrend since February.

VR1 - Vection - had plenty of previous mentions. This week they announced they were acquiring DXLabs in an all scrip offer, which will add revenue and EBIT. Then later in the week, they released their unaudited results for FY25. Metrics looked good. Underlying EBITDA improved to a profit, which is the company's first positive result in its five years of operation. MC $133.14M. SOI 1.82B. SP 7.3c. Share price has been on a great uptrend since May.

SNT - Syntara Ltd - biotech working on blood cancer - announced good topline results for their Phase 2A myelofibrosis trial. They confirmed a "competitive profile". MC $57.13M. SOI 1.63B. SP 3.5c. Terrible chart but this announcement might be a turning point. A good week for the stock.

NMG - New Murchison Gold - gold miner - announced a strong first month of production. MC $356.17M SOI 10.79B. SP 3.3c. Nice looking chart, particularly in the last 6 weeks as they have moved into production.

SKK - Stakk Ltd - tech company - announced they were contracted by T-Mobile as a critical technology vendor. I mentioned this during the week. It's the second big announcement with a "big name" in the last few weeks. Subsequent to this announcement, they went into a trading halt for a capital raising. MC $124.5M. SOI 2.08B. SP 6c. Jumped on this news and then looked to be consolidating for the couple of days prior to the halt.

VEE - Veem - they do propulsion and stabilisation systems for luxury motor yacht, fast ferry, commercial and defence industries - they announced a placement and contract simultaneously. Contract is for 9 years with Northrop Grumman to provide equipment into the USA defence supply chain. Initial value is up to US$33m but can be increased by amendment. MC $221.65M. SOI 135.98M. SP $1.63. SP jumped on the news but has been drifting back since. I daresay the placement is holding the SP back but dropping a name like NG is very, very impressive.

PAR - Paradigm Biopharma - biotech - announced they had reached a milestone in their Phase 3 trial for pain associated with knee osteoarthritis with recruiting and dosing participants in the trial. MC $148.25M. SOI 411.80M. SP 36c. Oscillating chart, currently on an uptrend. Uninspiring over the year.

BVS - Bravura Solutions - tech - announced an earning guidance upgrade on Wednesday. Revenue is inline with expectation but cash EBITDA was upgraded. Market liked it. MC $1.49B. SOI 448.30M. SP $3.33. On the 1 year chart, there was a nice step up in early Dec and it has been trading sideways in a range since then but now has broken out on this news.

RIC - Ridley Corp - animal food manufacturer. Announced that their acquisition of Incitec Pivot is now complete. Not normally worth a mention but given Incitec Pivot is a well known name, I thought I'd mention it in case anyone was wondering where it has gone. MC $1.14B. SOI 374.85M. SP $3.03. Market yawned on the news. Not an inspiring 1 year chart but the 5 year chart is impressive. Great and consistent uptrend.

AVH - Avita Medical - announced a reimbursement which will expand access to their RECELL product. MC $248.28M. SOI 150.02M. SP $1.655. SP went on a run recently and was retracing again. This announcement seems to have halted the slide. Pretty sad chart over the last year but definitely some good trading opportunities at times.

OCC - Orthocell - does bone, nerve and tendon repair - Announced the first Canadian distributor for Remplir on Tuesday with first sales expected in the December Quarter. Then they announced record revenue on Thursday. They will release their quarterly in a couple of weeks. MC $364.36M. SOI 247.86. SP $1.47. Share price has been trading sideways in a range recently. It was bouncing along the bottom of the range prior to these announcements but has moved up nicely over the week. There was a slight pullback on Friday. Let's see if it can hold these higher levels.

JBY - James Bay Minerals - announcement the acquisition of a silver project in Texas on Thursday. Share price rocketed up and then I realised Next Investors had also named it as their stock of the year. That will always move a stock. MC $102.6M. SOI 99.13. SP $1.035. Chart was moving sideways in a range but has broken out on this news. Silver is currently hot. NI can be a market mover. Possibly one to watch to see how this acquisition turns out.

A3D - Aurora Labs - 3D metal printed parts for defence, oil, gas & resources sectors. Announced a contract for prototype manufacture and testing of next-gen propulsion system with the Aust Defence Force (ADF) valued at $450K. MC $19.99M. SOI 399.74M. SP 5c. Chart has been in a downtrend over the last year but looks to have bottomed since arounce July. SP jumped up 20% on this news. A lot of overhead resistance but possibly one to watch.

am still considering RIC , not because of the Incitec Pivot acquisition , but more for their stock-feed activity

i expect 'slow and boring ' but i have been wrong before , my target price ( when i set one ) will be sub-$3

BHM looks slightly interesting ( to me ) will try to fit it into my research schedule

cheers
