Watch this chart play out with a bit of help from tonight Trump Tarrifs - DOW futures currently down -1023...
Tried to negate the pattern (with multiple retests) but ultimately as should be proven tonight failed....
With some luck Au will spike up and create a cushion for the Au stocks maybe or maybe not....

I wonder how true it is about Kirkland Lake accidentally releasing vital data into the public domain?
If it's right then it certainly is huge, but
two weeks since they announced drilling, is that enough time for a sniff of something
Initial program expected to take 2-3 weeks with assays expected 3-4 weeks thereafter
that's the labs though isn't it? what about what's seen beforehand?Nope
But, sellers left the register at 6c and new buyers are happen with the run since then.

Fosterville drilling completed last weekend they are testing 2 out of 3 anomaly's identified by new dipole dipole induced polarisation (DDIP) anomalies identified in early March....IMO the bottom is in so GL trying to get these below 0.061c....
Picture paints a 1000 words....

it's trading like it's generally known the upcoming results are a disaster
If they had have hit visible sulphides perhaps there'd be a tick up or they've got a tight ship. They should have finished the first holes 2 weeks ago so results in 1-2 weeks. If they had have hit visible sulphides perhaps there'd be a tick up or they've got a tight ship.
They're only doing AC drilling which is pretty limited, but I suppose they're trying to conserve cash until they get a better indication of what might be there to follow up with RC or DD.
Not expecting too much.

"The drilling penetrated varying depths of the Murray Basin cover sequence and identified basement geology of sandstones and shales which are the preferred host to gold mineralisation in Victoria. Zones of hydrothermal quartz veining were identified in a number of holes but it is not possible to know whether these are mineralised or barren until assay results are received."
That's not Fosterville.

No comments on the Fosterville holes except the assays are due mid-May. Imminent.

Upcoming results due.....
Air Core - Assay Results still pending Yeungroon still in the North Bendigo Zone or on the Avoca fault Eastern border...
Air Core - Assay results due now Rasmussen stated time frame 2-3 weeks drilling 3-4 weeks assay's now 7 weeks so due now...
The project covers approximately 25 strike kilometres of the Avoca Fault (see Figure 1), which is the major crustal boundary between the Bendigo Zone (to the east) and the Stawell Zone (to the west), and is located within the Pitfield Plains goldfields, mined between the late 1800s and 1908, with numerous occurrences of alluvial “deep-lead” mine workings and also hardrock gold mineralisation at the Glenfine South mine, which produced 43.7 thousand ounces of gold at an average grade of 16 g/t gold2 (see Figure 2).
Victoria's government has estimated that a significant amount of gold remains undiscovered in the Northern Bendigo Zone. The "Gold Undercover" initiative estimated a potential ~32 Moz of undiscovered gold beneath Murray Basin cover in this area. Additionally, the Geological Survey of Victoria estimates that there may be up to 75 million ounces of gold yet to find in the central and north central Victorian goldfields.

Murray Watt is now in charge of Environment and Water.Gee, some of the cases against expansion sound good. Houses vibrating, water contamination, causing an 3.6 earthquake last year - I can't remember that. I wonder how much of that was made up by the EDO? It still has to go through the Commonwealth now so if Plibo is still in charge they might find a threatened blue banded bandicoot on the site as well. So, still could be years away from full approval after all the appeals are batted away, if ever.
MB talked about that in the CEO BBQUE Video I posted previously...Gee, some of the cases against expansion sound good. This all makes me seriously wonder how S2R could get a mining application through for a start-up mine, even after they firm up a resource to BFS. Their best chance to make any money here might be a discovery and they get taken over by Agnico who then take on the permitting process. That's years away.

They have structured the Co to have multiple subsidiary PTY LTD companies for eg - Fosterville is under Southern Star Exploration Pty Ltd, Sirius Europa Pty Ltd, Third Eye Pty Ltd - Jillawarra, and Dark Star Pty Ltd - Polar Bear Nickel etc etc...
In the podcast MB talked about it would be highly unlikely another mine would be built and that any discovery the ore would more than likely processed through the now under fed Fosterville mill one way or another....
The Road Ahead: What’s Next for Fosterville Gold Mine?
The approval of the EES marks a pivotal milestone, but the journey isn’t over. Fosterville now requires additional approvals from the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and the Commonwealth under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. A detailed Work Plan must also be assessed to ensure compliance with all recommendations.
The mine’s expansion is part of a long-term vision that will see Fosterville Gold Mine continue as a major player in both domestic and international gold news for at least the next ten years.
