Register stocks with more than three people's names

Hi,

I was just wondering how can I register more than three people's names on a particular stock that we trade?

Four of my friends and I plan to trade as a group to save on transaction costs, but we want everyone's name to be on the account (e.g. CommSec) and the stock itself. However, I've called up CommSec and they said the maximum number of people that can be registered with one stock is three people.

So, what can I do? Form a business, and give equal shares to everyone. Then let the business entity trade stocks?

Any help would be much appreciated.
