Yeah, I gave up the smokes around Easter last year. Still trying to get the weight off from that episode.
If I was closer to the beach I would go for a swim often. Meanwhile, can't stand chlorinated water.

We do have a couple of optons also Too far from the beach, but do have our own pool, and a couple of good sized dams that are pretty good on a stinky day. At the right time of the day trees close by offer plenty of shade.
