I have had the investment property for about 20 years already and redeveloped it already. I guess including that percentage may have confused the post.

In short I’ve reduced my total share exposure from 50% to 35% in the current uncertain environment.

ah yes , you mention a very important factor in portfolio decisions

identifying a better place to deploy the cash ( for your mental comfort )

personally an investment property doesn't fit my plans ( despite the PPOR being a farm )
