Looks like there not finished yet 
Well they think they can survive on 20m. What else do they have to work on. They have no staff. Take them out the back and shoot them.

August 2025 - Following on from last month's update for Opthea Limited (OPT), and @Als2own's comment a few moments ago, there have been a few developments that are worthy of note.
Firstly, the board has reached a binding agreement with the two investors to terminate the Development Funding Agreement (DFA) for a one-time settlement payment of USD $20 million, resulting in Opthea remaining solvent with an estimated unaudited cash and cash equivalents of approximately USD $20 million at that stage of settlement. Further details of this (and the corporate restructure) are available at the ASX announcements portal.
Next, the Preliminary Final Report was released on Friday evening, which showed improving revenues and reducing losses. Losses are still losses, but what appears to be a bigger sting in the tail is the asset writedowns YoY and liability increases, due to the DFA settlement. Of most interest is the auditor's (presumably) statement in note #2, which states the following: "There is no guarantee that the Group will be able to reformulate its drug candidates including OPT-302 for use in treating other diseases, that it will be successful in its patent application or that any future clinical trials will be successful. Therefore, a material uncertainty exists that may cause significant doubt as to whether the Group will continue as a going concern and, therefore, that it may be unable to realize its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business."
Watch this space... for anyone still invested in this stock, may I suggest to set your alerts for company announcements so that you'll be aware when the suspension in trading is lifted and then you'll be able to execute your plan of attack as to what you wish to do with this stock when trade recommences.
