Online broker with advanced conditional orders

Hi, what online brokers do people use that have advanced conditional order functionality?

I am looking to be able to setup a combined conditional BUY and SELL order, eg, if price is X or higher, BUY, once shares are bought then the conditional sell order is activated to sell at Y or lower.

Etrade is the only Australian broker I know of that allows this. Prohibitively expensive.
