Looking for microcaps

Hi does anyone know of any small microcaps on ASX that can be had for maybe under 1-5million? Thinking of buying up one to use as a listing vehicle.
will be looking myself tonight but just thought quicker if someone is familiar here

but of course the ones in your daily list are Traded ! Someone is interested !!

there are lots of moribund inactive shells, either waiting for a white knight or to be wound up. Delisted.com.au can help there.

There were a few "Fakers" on todays list in the $3-4M market cap so not sure if there is a cutoff point?

check the recent ( last 5 years ) regulations to limit reverse take-overs

also look for ones currently under administration ( there are a few of those still listed but not trading )

i believe so , especially if you make a regular profit after all the accounts are settled

some ( like junior explorers ) don't even seem to need to make a profit , just file all the mandatory reports and pay the fees

LPD are in administration, still listed, and have legally declared shares are worthless under taxation legislation.
No idea what happens to any assets, but I guess the administrator bill needs to be covered somehow.
They might sell the shell for quite cheap.

as is MOZ but that will be complex as they traded under several brands

did somebody suggest delisted.com.au in this thread that might be a useful starting place ( even if only to get the names of some administrators , with assets to liquidate )

BTW watch out for liabilities ( like wages and super and leases ) if buying a stressed business that is still operating
