I think I read they were wanting 940% tariffs applied.
My thoughts were just round it up to 1000%

Either is probably unlikely... an unwinnable fight unless one wants to pay through the teeth.

An order of magnanimity !!

The US Commerce Department will impose preliminary anti-dumping duties of 93.5% on imports of Chinese graphite, a key battery component, after concluding the materials had been unfairly subsidized.
