Full trading account in Singapore: What broker would you choose?

I am going to open a Trading Account in Singapore.

First I was thinking to do it with Saxo Bank

as they have a very good Trading System

but found out, they are definitely too expensive!

Does anybody know, what Bank in Singapore I should choose for my Purpose?
