Follow a Thread?

I tried looking but could not find an answer...

Is it possible to follow a thread (ie put some sort of tag against it) so that when it gets updated I can receive some sort of notification? There are a couple of posts/threads that I am interested in following, and sometimes gets lost with all the new posts.

At the top of the thread i.e. above the posts:

Click on <Thread tools> then on <Subscribe> and choose your options.
Then go to <Quick Links> to find your personal Subscribe List
